What will the apprentice be doing?
· Responsible for the day-to-day management of the website
· Drive the growth of e-commerce through the development and delivery of annual strategic digital plans whilst integrating online with the core business to achieve the company's strategic objective of becoming a true multichannel retailer.
· Lead trading across all product categories.
· Manage the ecommerce team and work with marketing to deliver a seamless online customer experience
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will achieve a Operations or departmental manager, Level 5 (Higher national diploma) Apprenticeship and progress to the next level of qualification if desired.
You will gain a Operations or departmental manager, Level 5 (Higher national diploma) qualification.
This will be delivered in the workplace in conjunction with your assessor coach and our training partner Northern Training Academy
You will receive monthly visits from your coach and have ongoing support.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of qualification, you will move to the next level of management qualification
