GMMH - Community Administrator, AMHP Hub

Job Title and Grade: Administrator - OSC00 - Band 3

Location/Trust: Park House - Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH)

The Role:

Are you an experienced Administrator who would like to be part of the Quality Improvement team, working for one of the UK's most respected NHS Mental Health Foundation Trusts?

To provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the AMHP HUB service. To carry out all administrative tasks in relation to the role, answering telephone calls to patients, relatives and various clinical staff and professionals to provide and efficient mental health service. Carry out a variety of administrative tasks as directed by your team and admin manager including the processing of all AMHP referrals and ensuring recording systems for this are maintained.

Pay Rates

Days - £10.40, Nights & Saturdays - £14.04, Sundays & Bank Holidays - £17.57

Hours/Shifts

weekdays 9am-3pm

Essential Criteria

The post holder should:

  • Have experience in working in a busy office environment.
  • Have experience of working in an office environment that ensure confidentiality is always maintained
  • Good level of education Maths and English
  • Recognised competency-based level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. NVQ, B-TEC QCF, Apprenticeship), or equivalent demonstrable experience.
