Northern Health Care provides mental health recovery services across many regions within the UK. Our services consist of Support Living and community outreach services which provide our residents and service users with access to 24 hr support from experienced clinical and support staff.

What we are looking for

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivatedRegistered Mental Health Nurse tojoin our team who will be committed and have the values, passion, and determination in putting people first , whilst supporting the lives of people with a learning disability or mental health illness. It can be quite challenging at times, but the rewards are truly amazing to see our residents improving with the support we provide! This role is offered on either a part-time or full-time basis.

In line with the philosophy of the unit, the post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for the identified service users, acting as a nurse for service users with complex and challenging needs within an enhanced supported living environment.

As part of this role, you'll deliver specific interventions on an individual basis, providing effective evidence-based care to service users. Communication and liaison with a number of disciplines is essential to promote effective delivery of the clinical care pathway to meet service user's needs.

You'll provide support and direction to team members and assist in the smooth coordination and running of the unit.

Where you'll be working

Our services are based across the Yorkshire Area.

As this role covers multiple sites in Yorkshire, therefore, travel between services will be required.
