At Savills Investment Management you will be working towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.

Savills Investment Management is in a rapid growth phase, expanding its global presence as well as expanding the products and services offered. You'll be joining at an exciting time with plenty of opportunity to grow with the business!


Day to day you'll be providing administration support to London Executive Assistants and the wider London office.

You'll be:

- Managing and distributing all incoming post (twice daily) and scanning documents where necessary

- Booking couriers (domestic and international)

- Preparing payment authorisation forms (PAF), including the collation of invoices and approvals

- Preparing expense claims using online tool (Concur)

- Filing and archiving assistance

- Handling and screening of telephone calls, taking detailed & accurate messages and passing on to the correct members of staff

- Booking desk space using online tool (Skedda)

- Document and presentation preparation, formatting and binding

- Amending, formatting and combining documents using the relevant software (Nitro)

- Preparing mail merges/ letters

- Assisting with travel bookings providing flight and hotel options using Reed & Mackay (domestic and international)

- Assisting with meeting organisation including event planning and external meeting co-ordination/set up

- Booking meeting rooms using online tool (Condeco)

- Uploading documents to company intranet (Connect)

- Helping with the set up for new joiners/leavers

- Uploading documents for signature using online tool (DocuSign)

- Inputting business card information into Outlook for the business

- Ad-hoc administrative duties, as required (including holiday cover)

- Upholding Savills IM's purpose and values by promoting people and planet positive behaviours

- Proactively identifying ways to have a positive impact in your daily activities, e.g. reducing waste, carbon, energy and community impact

This position is an office-based role, the successful applicant must be available to work in London for 5 days per week.
