We are a bespoke digital research services provider, specialising in research solutions and online communities.

Founded in May 2014 and part of the BVA Group, we are looking for savvy, self-motivated, and solution-focussed individuals to join this rapidly growing team. This is a dynamic, work hard/play hard team, with a lively, supportive culture and we're well on target to achieve double digit revenue growth this year.

We have exciting development plans, which includes ambitious revenue growth through sales. We are looking for someone to support the sales team by helping to manage and maintain our excellent client relationships delivering proposals and supporting with administrative tasks.

The Job:

This role will be a hybrid home/office-based role, with the current offices located in Angel and Kings Cross reporting to the Client Services Director and working directly alongside the project management, sales, and scripting teams.

You will be responsible for supporting project managers in the flawless execution of projects to contribute to high levels of client satisfaction across a variety of different platforms and technologies. This is a small team so the role will be hands on and you will be expected to have a sharp awareness of costs and margins.

Key responsibilities:

* Assisting project managers in ensuring smooth running and timely delivery of all projects with an eye on the margin at all times.

* Adhering to a structured project processes to increase quality and efficiency of work.

* Keeping project managers and suppliers informed of progress.

* Proactively troubleshooting any problem areas and proposing solutions.

* Adhering and understanding data protection guidelines and the MRS code of conduct.

* Helping ensure high levels of client retention.

* Good knowledge of Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook required.
