Relationship and Support Manager Role:

Develop and maintain relationships with a Portfolio of Corporate clients acting as a principal point of contact for all servicing needs and value driving activity
Execute, facilitate and lead client requests efficiently, providing a responsive point of escalation for operational customer issues, owning and managing through to resolution
Lead customer growth initiatives, liaising with functional areas to ensure successful delivery of solutions, managing end to end process
Proactively own projects, deliver results and feed back to senior stakeholders
Prepare information for and attend client meetings on an individual basis, taking an active role in driving agendas, delivering content and suggest ways of improving customer sales and service
Identify opportunities to cross sell products providing solutions to customers' needs and work with business partners to provide and execute solutions as necessary
Influencing customer strategies and objectives for the introduction of commercial payment programmes, including the introduction or transition on to appropriate online solutions
Proactively identify sales opportunities within a given portfolio
Proactively manage complex customer operational, financial and technical issues, onboarding, request for information, management information and incident management - taking ownership and ensuring delivery of requests
Relationship and Support Manager Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Fluency in an additional language is desirable, however not essential!
Possess exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver service excellence in technical & operational environments
Demonstrable knowledge of the payments industry
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to occasionally travel throughout the UK and beyond
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
