Calling all Software Engineering Grad/Juniors/Trainees!!!
I am looking for a Software Developer for a Hospitality Operator to be based in the lovely Burton On Trent!
Thhey're constantly investing in their venues and have some relly big plans (and some great financial backing) to continue developing over the next 3 years.
They have a track record of launching and developing innovative concepts and their group chefs are always busy developing new and seasonal menus to make guests wanting to come back for more. They offer incredible marketing support, think the world's largest pub team darts competition and the biggest national pub quiz, and with a mixed estate of leased, tenanted and retail businesses, they're well placed to share best practice between sites.
It's not just the venues that they're investing in, they are leading the way in training, their training package gives our employees some of the best induction training and professional development in the industry. Thay have even been recognised with a National Innovation and Training Award for their "Art of the Possible" training programme.
When it comes to tech, they have one of the industies leading online ordering and information portals which has now taken well over 100,000 orders and has sold over 100 million drinks UK wide.
So If you are a budding Software Developer that is looking for a move into a friendley, outgoing and collaberative working environment with a keen eye for detail and would be open and eager to learn a new unique are of tech (Appian Technology) then this could well be the role for you. They do not require you to have any prior knowledge of Appian but some programming experience would be beneficial.
Ultimately they're looking for someone that is willing to muck in with the rest of the team and be willing to learn whilst they continue to develop their tech experience. So if the prospect of stepping out of the office to the fabulous smell of Marmite isn't enough, this company actually have their very own pub on site equip with a range of tasty beverages!
