A bit about the role...
The Learning & Development Coordinator has a key role to play in contributing to the strategic People agenda at NHSPS. The remit of this role is to contribute to the success of NHSPS by supporting the Learning and Development Manager and the wider team to deliver the L&D plan and strategy through effective coordination and administration,
This will consist of:
- Organising and planning learning and development activity to support business needs.
- Responsible for the coordination of activity to support the learning and development plan.
- Supporting the development and ongoing administration of our Learning Management System
- Being the first point of contact for L&D queries.
- Support ongoing relationships with key suppliers and professional bodies.
A bit about you???
To succeed in this role, you must be willing to study towards a relevant apprentice in HR/L&D or business administration. You must have knowledge of training administration, and of different learning methodologies. Knowledge of on-boarding, induction, learning plans and other related colleague development areas is essential. Experience of of scheduling and developing short and long-term training plans, remote training coordination, and coordinating events is crucial. Exposure to learning management systems will also be critical to this position.
