What will the apprentice be doing?
You will look after our main engagement channels to our colleagues across UK and Ireland, running sometimes multiple campaigns at once. These could be on anything such as Movember, Black History month, religeous festivals to name a few. Highlighting the importance of topics to colleagues through written content and posters, leaflets, videos etc. It is important you are able to switch your style of writing to suit the subject.
You will also manage multiple inbox's reponding to queries.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
On completion you will have gained a Digital Marketing Degree, although Aston has been selected on this advert we will give you the option to train at Aston or Nottingham Trent. Usually attendance at Uni is 2 days a month then you will do additional learning in and outside of working hours.
You will be given certain tasks to do in working hours to support and showcase your studies and will also have a work place mentor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once qualified there are options for you to potentially join our Marketing team centrally or globally, our internal communications team or Sales may be a route you choose.
The apprenticeship is a fixed term contract and you will interview for a role at the end of your contract.
