What will the apprentice be doing?
You will recruit for our warehouse and driver positions, being able to source, screen and provide expert support to our stakeholders and candidates. Understanding how to advertise, writing eye catching adverts along with creating selection material to ensure we are gaining the best candidates in the most fair and inclusive way.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will study either a Level 3 or 5 CIPD depending on your previous qualifications, this will be done in and outside of working hours remotely therefore you will need to be dsciplined in your approach.
Gaining expert guidance from a team with many years of expereince and working on projects to support your learning.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once qualified you will have the opportunity to become a permanent member of the Resourcing team and also progress your learning further should you wish.
