What will the apprentice be doing?

Your day-to-day role will give you the chance to develop a love of data and analysis and involve things like maintaining people structures in our HR information system and producing a diverse range of reports for our customers. The workforce data that you create will support operational activities right across the Council as well as contributing to real evidence-based decision making.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Alongside this you'll be supported all the way to study for a Data Analyst apprenticeship qualification which will enable you to underpin your experiential on the job learning with some academic study.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to develop the skills and experience needed to embark on a professional career within the Workforce Data and Analytics team, which is part of our wider HR and Organisational Development (HROD) service.
