What will the apprentice be doing?
Your day-to-day role will give you the chance to develop a love of data and analysis and involve things like maintaining people structures in our HR information system and producing a diverse range of reports for our customers. The workforce data that you create will support operational activities right across the Council as well as contributing to real evidence-based decision making.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Alongside this you'll be supported all the way to study for a Data Analyst apprenticeship qualification which will enable you to underpin your experiential on the job learning with some academic study.
