Join Elysium Therapy Brighton, which is located in the lovely Withdean area of Brighton as a Therapy Lead.

ETB is part of Elysium Healthcare, which is a CQC registered private service offering assessments and psychological outpatient services for Adults, Children and Adolescents from Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 8 pm.

You will be working in an environment that offers twelve bright, newly refurbished comfortable and spacious consulting/therapy rooms set over two floors with front views of the sea.

You will lead a small and enthusiastic therapy team of 6 permanent clinicians and sessional staff trained in CBT, DBT, integrative therapists, Psychologists.

As a Senior Manager, you will support the Governance framework and line manage and supervise therapy staff, therapy administrative staff and Patient Liaison officer.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of individual and group therapy programmes, overseeing patient referrals and will have some clinical input.

Other responsibilities:
  • You will have the opportunity to become involved with quality improvement projects and other initiatives that enhance the service user experience
  • Support the development of creative and effective collaborative working relationships with partner agencies

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Some experience in managing teams in a similar setting
  • Your initiative and contribution to improving and developing the Outpatient service
  • A passion for your work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and solution focussed approach
  • Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Be Registered/accredited with governing bodies such as HCPC, UKCP, BABCP, BACP, UKCP, NCS or NMC
  • An understanding of ADOS Assessment Service and group therapy offerings or are prepared to undertake ADOS assessment training and DBT training
