Middlewich Road Surgery is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, skilled team. The Practice has 3 GP Partners supported by a team of Clinicians including Pharmacists, ANPs, Physios, Practice Nurses, Senior Health Care Assistant, and experienced reception/administration and Care Coordination staff.

Based in Northwich, Cheshire the Practice premises is modern and has recently been extended. GMS contract, High QoF achiever and rated good by CQC with a list size of approximately 7,000 patients.

The position is for 6 to 8 sessions per week. It is expected that the appointed person will take part in project work to assist in the delivery of both local and national initiatives. The Practice is also involved in the teaching of undergraduate medical students.

The salary and benefits on offer will be very competitive to reflect experience and will include 6 weeks holiday and 1 week of study leave.

Informal visits are welcome by arrangement with the Practice Manager

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
