Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

37.5 hours per week - Fixed-term - 15 months

A vacancy has arisen for an apprentice working 37.5 hours per week within the Surgery B Division at Birmingham Children's Hospital. The post holder will play an important role in providing a comprehensive administrative service to the Medical Secretaries and the medical and surgical teams with the Surgery B Division.

This is a great opportunity for an individual seeking to gain experience within the NHS and develop their career within administrative services in a healthcare setting.

The role is demanding and applicants will be self-motivated and enthusiastic. It's important the successful candidate can work within a multi-disciplinary team and have the ability to relate to children, parents and members of the public, complemented by excellent organisational and communication skills.
