Paediatric Nurse

Full or Part Time

Salary Band 5 or 6.

We're looking for dynamic experienced Nurses to join our specialist 0- 25 children and young peoples respite and palliative care team.

You will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Nursing children & young people
  • Caring for children and young people with complex needs
  • Care of children and young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Caring for young adults at transition stage
  • Palliative & bereavement care

Based in Benfleet, south Essex, Little Havens Children's Hospice provides care for children & young people registered with a GP in the county. We are dedicated to looking after young people with life limiting conditions, many of whom have Special Educational Needs & Disabilities. We work with our community partners and focus on the individual needs of the children and families we care for.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we have redesigned our services and offer care in the home and in the hospice for 0-25-year old's, focusing on their individual needs
