Graduate 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant
Full-time, long term role starting ASAP and for the rest of the academic year (term times only)
Earn up to GBP350 per week as a Graduate 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant
A degree in an Education, Psychology or core subject degree is essential (minimum 2:1)
Previous experience working in a Special Educational Needs setting is desirable
Must be committed to working in a challenging but rewarding environment

The school are looking for talented and committed recent graduates, who have an evident passion for inclusive education, to support children with moderate to severe learning difficulties. These children require the support of devoted individuals who can adapt to their specific needs to ensure that they can flourish to their full potential.

This school is located centrally within Liverpool and is easily accessible via public transport. The school itself caters for children with different types of learning and physical disabilities who require essential extra support provided by their caring and devoted team of staff. The headteacher is looking for similar individuals that can bring a passion and enthusiasm to work with children in an SEN setting and provide the best possible assistance and care they can.

As a Graduate 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside the class teachers who are specially trained to work within SEN, as well as a number of other Teaching Assistants to assist in providing support during lessons and activities for all pupils. You will work 1:1 with children aged 4-11 who have learning and behaviour difficulties ranging from mild to severe.

This role will start as soon as possible for the full academic year and will be full-time, Monday-Friday. Full training will be provided through the school prior to starting the role as well as during your time working there. Full support will be provided from the excellent Senior Leadership Team who are keen to see individuals grow into outstanding education practitioners within the SEN sphere.
