  • Develop & design the annual internal communications plan balancing the messages of awareness days, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and direct leadership communication and events
  • To include an accurate campaign calander and associated campaign plans, ensuring that they are kept up to date and that key deadlines and milestones are met
  • Seek out content from across the CEVA UK&I business that supports the success formula including "good news shout outs", new business wins and CSR activities
  • Lead, manage and monitor the Communications Champions network, ensuring that Communications Champions across the business remain up to date with important information via a monthly 'Communications Champions' call and are engaged in supporting the delivery of key messages and events for their sites, encouraging two-way conversation
  • Use InDesign and Microsoft Office to create creative and engaging content such as such as infographics, leaflets, flyers and posters for communication campaigns
  • Own, manage and develop the Engagement pages on the CEVA UK&I Intranet (CEVANet), ensuring that the content is interesting, current and draws attention to active engagement campaigns
  • Design and deliver a creative communications plan for the annual Global employee engagement survey that ensures all colleagues have high levels of awareness and that sites
  • Manage all internal communications shared mailboxes, including '' and '', to ensure that email enquiries are responded to timely in collaboration with the Managing Director UK&I
  • Ensure that all managers within CEVA UK&I are equipped to communicate effectively with their local teams by creating a monthly manager briefing pack that provides an overview of key messages and an update on business / financial performance
  • Liaise with the UK&I Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to co-ordinate and facilitate site SLT visits, ensuring they are equipped to deliver key business messages by providing slide decks / presentation content that include the most up to date and relevant business information
  • Design and create engaging video content in collaboration with the UK&I Senior Leadership Team and our media partner, IDM
  • Support with arranging events such as the Head Office Christmas Party and UK&I business conferences

Desired qualifications

  • A levels (or equivalent) - BB (80-112 UCAS points)
  • 5 GCSE's including English language and maths at grade C / 4 or above

Things to consider

Consideration that sometimes you may be required to work slightly over your hours if there is an urgent campaign to prepare. The hours worked will be given back to you to take off.

You will be working on a laptop with a desk and monitor in the office but may be given the option to work from home, this isn't required though and the office is open 5 days a week for you.

Travel to sites is unavoidable especially in your induction period so being able to get to and from different areas is a must.
