What will the apprentice be doing?

A typical day will be to accompany senior members of the company on their day to day tasks which would include site visits, meeting contractors and suppliers, interacting with trades working on the sites, members of the public who may visit our new homes, and working at the office assisting with general adminstration.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

We would enrol the successful apprentice at Farnborough College of Technology on a Consdtruction Site Supervisor course. This course last for three years and you will be on a weekly day release to attend your course which we would pay for. At the end of the course you will receive a Higher National Certificate (HNC).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We are a dynamic property development company. The company is expected to continue to grow and expand over the coming years and we are investing in our staff now who with hard work & commitment will all benefit from the expansion programme.
