The developer will be joining a growing development team and working under our tech lead. Working across a number of new and ongoing exciting mobile web application projects for some of the biggest fashion, FMCG and spirits brands. You'll bring to life innovations for some of the world's biggest brands, creating the very best experience for the end-user. Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Work effectively with all members of the team and other teams within the business to help deliver and support projects in a professional manner
- Supporting senior development team where needed
- Help foster an agile engineering culture
- Maintain good quality documentation
- Ownership of incidents from initial contact to final resolution. Including following up internally
- Assist in performing QA, including verifying copy, design, and functionality match campaign specifications
- Assisting in updating the development processes and suggesting improvements
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Some personal experience in developing websites or small digital projects
- A visual passion for digital, technology and an eye for beautiful user interfaces
- Some front end development experience would be ideal (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, React JS etc
Personal qualities
- Great attitude and hunger for learning
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and being able to pick up different roles if needed
Desired qualifications
- 5 GCSE's grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and maths)
