A great opportunity has arrived within the Outpatient Department for a full time Patient Pathway Admin Clerk. This post will require working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 1 hour break. Part time working cannot be considered in this role.

This role would suit a school leaver, or someone coming to the end of an admin apprenticeship and wanting to embark on a career in administration management.

The post holder will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Outpatient Department, working closely with our team of coordinators, to ensure that all clinics are fully utilised and well managed, ensuring the Trust Access policy is followed.

To undertake this role, you will need to have a positive and pro-active approach to work, have the ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in your approach when necessary.

You will also need have a strong team working ethic, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills. Patient confidentiality is imperative in this role and therefore the successful candidate would be expected to maintain this at all times.
