WARD CLERK

WARD 18 - RESPIRATORY MEDICINE

£18,546 - £19,918 per annum/pro rata (AfC Band 2)

37.5 hours per week - PERMANENT

This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda for Change Annex U trainee rate (75% max of band) until they have completed their apprenticeship.

The Respiratory Ward has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, passionate and motivated individual to join our team.

A position has arisen for a permanent Ward Clerk to join the Respiratory Ward where you will provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the Nursing and Medical staff at ward level, and to support effective communication within the services.

The main role of the ward clerk is to provide comprehensive and pro-active administrative support, ensuring that all administrative processes and tasks are undertaken efficiently, effectively and to a high standard, contributing to the smooth running of the service and its overall effectiveness.

Enhanced Check:£40.00 + administration cost of £3.69 = £13.69 deduction from 1st months' salary, £10.00 deduction from salary over following 3 months.
