International Recruitment and Pastoral Care Lead - 6 month fixed term / secondment opportunity.

Do you have a passion for supporting others, an interest in learning and development and have international recruitment experience? If so, we would welcome an application from you.

This is a very exciting time to be joining our Learning and Development Team , whilst working very closely with our Community Integrated Care Centre at Clatterbridge. Your role will lead the Trust international recruitment campaign and provide pastoral support to new recruits. You will be at the heart of developing robust model of pastoral support for the Trust and a person centred framework for our new recruits.

This role is a great opportunity for you to gain new experience and to learn new skills to support you in your career development. We are looking for an individual who is keen to learn and develop themselves and who is passionate about International Recruitment, workforce development, diversity and the support and development of others.
