An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited, for the role of Estates Supervisor . The suitably experienced person will have ideally served a recognised apprenticeship in either a building or engineering discipline, or have significant, relevant experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams within an estates or FM environment. The successful candidate will be familiar with CAFM systems which they will be expected to run performance reports from and be computer literate in excel and word. We welcome applications from both engineering and building backgrounds.

The Estates Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of direct labour and contractors for day to day planned preventative and reactive maintenance and new work tasks coving both building and engineering services. A flexible approach and an ability to supervise and undertake works associated with other trades is required. You will be required to operate between sites and to participate in an emergency out of hours on call rota.

This vacancy will be based at Hopewood Park Hospital and will also cover the surrounding community premises.
