Would you like to join our exciting Doers Programme?!

We are currently recruiting to a number of flexible working opportunities on our bank for this exciting and varied role.

Our DGT Doer programme was first introduced in response to the pandemic to ensure young people had a place of work when the colleges and universities closed. It has been so successful we're now recruiting for more staff as many of our original team now been appointed to substantive roles across the Trust. This is a prime example showing that these exciting entry level roles can lead to careers in healthcare as well as apprenticeships within the NHS.

The DGT Doers work across all areas of the hospital from wards and mortuary to procurement and finance. This gives Doers the really unique opportunity to see the variety of jobs on offer are and decide where, long term they'd like to work.

This role will be perfect for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with good IT and organisational skills, willing to work hard in a variety of settings.

You will work closely with the other Doers and report to our Wellbeing Administrator on a day to day basis for your duties, training and development.
