On completion of the apprenticeship, there is a possibility that you will be given a full-time permanent contract.

Free parking is available on site and the nearest train station is a 2 minute walk from the setting.
Uniforms are provided at no cost.
Cooked lunches are available on site for £1 per day, and booked in advance.
- You will need a good knowledge of forest schooling and how it benefits children
- Knowledge of planning model and the EYFS is essential
- Usingour online hub, for tracking and observations; the need to be IT literate is essential
- Make sure the main room meets and excels in the areas of the Statutory Framework: remains safe for children, keptclean etc.
- Delegate tasks and support your team's development, whilst ensuring the children in your care are developing well and have the best opportunities accessible to them at all times
- You will be knowledgeable in school readiness and the ability to get children school ready for their big transition
- Give strong support to both the management team as well as your fellow room leaders to ensure you are all achieving the same goals and sharing a drive for success
