An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on our bank team within the DHU Community Nursing Team. This role involves visiting patients across South Derbyshire from our base at Johnson Building, Derby or Ashgate Manor in Chesterfield for the Out Of Hours Community Nursing Service. The post is varied and offers the successful applicant the opportunity to develop skills working with a diverse client group, in the Derbyshire locality. The post holder will be expected to visit patients in their own homes and carry out a variety of Community Nursing tasks.
