What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Support your team with admin tasks e.g. quoting clients, booking in jobs, dealing with queries, keeping data up to date in line with GDPR, creating sample packs, creating new processes and any other ad hoc duties
- Being the point of contact for your teams' clients and being proactive with your approach to keeping them updated to ensure a smooth delivery
- Ensuring jobs go out on time, this will mean liaising with other departments
- Using own initiative to enhance customer experience
Training will be in line with the sales executive level 4, which at the end will give you a higher qualification in this area.
This training will be delivered onsite and support will be available to you during your 18 month studies.
Other training will be provided to you that is bespoke to the print and mail industry and will be invaluable in your career.What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once the sales executive apprenticeship has been completed, a full time permenant position will be available for an Accounts Executive role, after development and personal growth there will be opportunites to progress into promotions which would likely be an Account Manager, leading into an Account Director where you would manage your own team and be responsible for your teams performances. The Account Director would report into the MD so this would be great progression for a keen individual.
