Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Get an opportunity to learn industry best practices and business processes
  • Assist in requirements gathering, business process modelling, Fit-Gap analysis, and requirements documentation
  • Configure and map Customer requirements into Cloud software solution(s).
  • Contribute to the build of functional prototypes and software solutions as part of innovation projects
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing, write test cases and test scripts
  • Change management - evaluate and assess the impact of a change from process, cost, efforts, and value realization perspective
  • Stakeholder management - based on the impact on stakeholders of a change or process remodelling, assess the impact on stakeholders, understand their perspective, manage expectations, and evaluate the best way to manage their interests
  • Collaboration with users, clearly understanding the business needs and be able to articulate the requirements, wants and opportunities
  • Identify risks and assist in mitigation planning
  • Learn how Agile methodology is executed on projects
  • Work on various tools that support our processes

Requirements and prospects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of agile software development concepts and working in a team environment
  • Inclination and willingness to learn business processes, some experience will be an added advantage, although not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to self-manage tasks to get the job done

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and maths)
