This role will be based in our Sheffield office, and you will be responsible for the generation of candidates across the Yorkshire region.

Duties will include:
  • Writing and placing job adverts, monitoring responses
  • Loading new candidates to the database and requesting Barred List and Teacher Reference Number checks, DBS or Update Service checks and apply for references
  • Receive file back from interviewing consultant to complete remaining compliance checks and process to compliance team for sign off
  • Searching CV databases for new candidates to contact
  • Arranging candidate interviews with consultants, sending confirmation letters and explaining document requirements to candidates prior to the interview
  • CV Typing and formatting
  • Keeping candidates database records up to date
  • Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries and complaints
  • Organise and attend employability and NQT events, ensuring there is ongoing engagement with NQT cohort and passing relevant candidates to consultants once available for work
  • Organise termly candidate engagement events including booking venues, arranging refreshments & ensuring a minimum of 15 candidates attend e.g. summer party, Christmas party
