Things to consider

Benefits:

In terms of benefits, the successful candidate would be entitled to:
  • Holiday entitlement is 26 days per year - during the first year they would accrue 2 days per month
  • After 3 months of service they will be able to enrol in the company pension scheme where DECIDE will contribute 3% of salary
  • Opportunities to attend external training and industry events with costs and expenses covered by DECIDE where appropriate

In terms of the softer benefits, pre-pandemic we held monthly lunch and learns so we can work collaboratively together across the company on hot topics and learn from each other. We also held monthly company get togethers on a Friday with drinks and food provided. We're keen to re-introduce these when we can.

Culturally it's a really nice place to work. I've also included below some more detail on DECIDE as a company.

Strategically - we're an established and growing creative business that's committed to continuous learning - particularly in the areas of consumer insight and digital innovation. This ensures we can deliver best-in-class creative work that is informed by knowledge, evidence and insight. Our university collaborations with Business Schools, Schools of Psychology and Design Schools are a key component of this and we proactively support team members in training and executive education where this helps both them and us achieve professional and business goals.

Creatively - we have a multi-disciplinary creative team with a blend of skillsets, from Illustrators and Sketch Artists to Digital Designers and Developers. We don't enter for many awards, but when we do it is those awards which recognise the tangible effect that design along has had on commercial results. We've won several DBA Design Effectiveness Awards on this basis and this is just one of the reasons why we're proud of our unique and talented creative team.

Technically - we're 'famous' amongst our client base for 'doing things properly' - from scoping to delivery, idea to execution or concept to production. To achieve this, we work closely as a team and are pretty agile in the way we respond to client needs. As a result, many of our clients are long-standing, they trust us and are loyal, because they know we have a can-do attitude to their challenges and deliver ... every time.
