After a period of training with your manager, your day to day tasks may include (but not limited to):
  • Social Media Management
  • Auditing technical SEO and content
  • Conducting keyword research
  • Supporting digital influencer and PR campaigns
  • Assisting with the creation of monthly client reporting
  • Attending client meetings
  • Researching the market landscape for new leads
  • Brainstorming ideas for new and current accounts
  • Writing blog posts for the GLO website
  • Accurately scoping projects to ensure tasks are clearly defined
  • Liaising with members of the team to ensure realistic timescales are set and met
  • Delivering client projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress on our project management platform, sharing this information with internal and external stakeholders
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all web development clients
  • Management and co-ordination of agreed client work through the agency, from scoping, through design, development, QA and deployment
  • Management and anticipation of client's expectations - autonomously providing regular updates, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Lead regular client meetings both alone and alongside relevant members of the wider GLO team, run demos and align requirements with the budget
  • Be able to take client requirements and develop them into functional/technical definitions for the designers, developers and the SEO team
  • Take part in internal meetings and report to the Digital Director on the progress of the projects

  • Studying a business-related subject or digital marketing experience is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade 4/C or above, including English and maths
