After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
- Collaborating with a variety of team members, partners and stakeholders both internal and external to deliver key milestones on the programmes you will be working on
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- You will help drive the successful delivery of projects linked to the different programmes of work
- Ensure projects meet key timescales and delivering work of a high quality
- Developing & updating project strategies in excel and online systems
- You will ensure the project delivers in line with the Programme strategy and ensure that the ongoing scope continues to align to that strategy
- You will identify, understand, and mitigate risk as required to keep the project on track
- You will be accountable for tasks assigned to you
- You will want to proactively learn from your team and the wider Foundation and use your experience to help the Foundation learn as well
