Reporting to the Head of Canapes, you will use your creativity, skill and eye for detail to prepare and finish canapes for high profile events.
The role is based in one of the most creative and precise sections of the kitchen, preparing canapes for a range of evens from receptions and dinners to weddings and celebrations.
The job involves preparing ingredients for mise en place, building canapes ahead of the events and attending events alongside other members of the Brigade to finish and plate the canapes to perfection ready to serve to the guests.
