What will the apprentice be doing?

Working within our Commercial Operations team as a Commercial Ops Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the integrity of our data which is crucial to the success of our global member network and events platform.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Monitor and triage internal support request tickets for the Commercial Operations team.
Daily management of data
Quality assessment of Salesforce opportunities prior to close.
Manage data build and enrichment requirements using third-party software
Responsible for timely event data imports
Converting leads within Salesforce, when necessary, to allow for commercial activity.
Using Salesforce and other internal systems to create reports, dashboards, and provide data analysis.
