What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll work with project and change managers in the delivery and management of business change projects from the beginning through planning, design, implementation and handover. This will involve developing detailed plans for the delivery of projects and overseeing progress during implementation. The projects you will work on will be changing our processes, systems and ways of working in a key part of Arup's business. You'll be working collaboratively with teams of specialists to solve complex problems, assisting with the preparation and management of change plans and coordinating project resources.
The projects can be very varied in size,locationand complexity. For example, they may involvenew systems, automation, new working practices ororganizationaldevelopmentacrossthe UK andpotentiallyinternationally.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As part of your apprenticeship, you'll study towards the listed qualificaiton You'll study at a local partner college on day release, and combine this experience with real responsibilities in the workplace.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll have access to our online network. You'll also take internal courses. These cover technical aspects of the business, such as software, but also vital 'soft' skills such as report writing and working effectively.
