What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be studying towards a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, under the Embedded Electronic Systems Design and Development Degree Apprenticeship standard. For the duration of this 4.5 year programme you will be given one day per week in which to complete your University studies. For the other 4 days you will be working in the business, applying your learning and gaining a breadth of experience across the engineering function.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A permanent position within Thales.

Things to consider
One further A Level STEM based subject include: Physics, ICT, Computing or Electronics
- Maintenance services to ensure that London Underground's communications network remains operational around the clock.
- As part of the team, you'll be undertaking on the job training
- Be responsible for the production of designs,
- Design estimates
- Design programs
- Design work packages for bids, services and projects to contract requirements, standards, budget, and on-time delivery.
