For this scheme you'll need 5 GCSEs / Scottish National 5's or equivalent at grades 4-7/ A-C (including English) plus GCSE in Maths grade 6/ B or above
AND be educated to level 3 in an IT based subject e.g. A-levels, BTEC Extended diploma, or Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Future prospects
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.

- You'll work on projects for a well-known public sector client, and will be involved in designing, developing and maintaining our customer facing outputs tooling
- You will follow waterfall and agile development processes and be involved in writing technical documentation following the development that you do
What you'll cover:
- We support all our DevOps Engineer apprentices in achieving a DevOps Engineer level 4 qualification
- The programme, together with the support from your team will give you everything you need to be successful
