- Process and solve tickets and approvals in PeoplePoint (SuccessFactor)
- Support the optimizing the HR data quality in PeoplePoint
- Support with relevant training to associates and key stakeholders
- Support with HR reporting design, HR Dashboard evolvement and utilize the output in cooperation with the team
Critical Performance Objectives:
- Support stable and smooth deliveries on daily operations in HRDM
- Optimize the HRDM role to support and embed fast and high-quality execution of the tasks
- Support evolvement of reporting capabilities within HR
- Provide training to stakeholders as needed in English and coordinate translations where applicable
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- To ensure adherence with all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times
- Verify and/or validate employee information related to compensation, terminations, status and position changes, pending new hires and rehired employees, employee transfers, employee personal information and process applicable changes in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage pending hire data from onboarding system and/or work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition professionals to obtain the required candidate information to create employee and contingent worker records
- Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to reporting inquiries, which are of moderate complexity and may require additional research and analysis
- Manage cases, monitor cases, and close cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate complex cases as needed (SNOW)
- CIM approach
- Audit global data entry on a regular basis to review data for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with creating or updating internal training tools and process manuals for team members to maximize the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors / HRIS systems

Desired experience / knowledge:
- JW and/or cross-country experience is an advantage
- Understand stakeholder management
- Some experience within stakeholder approach
- Good IT skills, good knowledge of MS suite and Teams, Zoom etc.
- Knowledge or understanding of HRIS systems, preferable SuccessFactors or similar
- Analytical skills and ability to keep the overview of large data quantities
Language skills:
- Good communication skills and a calm and professional approach to internal customers
Personal qualities
- Obtain Business insights and a acquire a deep knowledge of the JW Organisation and structure
- Drive results through a smooth, structured, and stable execution of daily work
- Have a strong Customer Focus
- Able to manage the complexity and prioritisation of daily work
- Manage solvable conflicts or if not possible, escalate to manager
- Be interested in supporting our training sessions on different HRDM relevant topics
Desired qualifications
- A degree in Business or in a Business-related programme (or equivalent) e.g. Finance, Economics, Maths etc., or
- Non-Business-related Degree (or equivalent) + at-least 6 months of work experience or
- Existing Staff member (or equivalent) with 2+ years of work experience*, or
- Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) + at-least 12 months of work experience* & Robust On-boarding plan (learner must work in the organisation for 3 months before sign up)
Work experience:
- Retail jobs - Sales Advisors, Team leaders, Customer Service
- Customer Service across any sector - large or small organisations
- HR function jobs
- Office Administration/Assistant/Trainee
- Any role that involves working in a team, processing data, face to face and email communications
