Sales Progression Support Apprentice

Brief overview of the role

As a Sales Progression Apprentice, you will learn all aspects of Sales Progression. You will start in Sales Progression Support where you will learn the basics of the role which will provide an excellent foundation to build the next step of your career – Senior Sales Progression Support, then Sales Progressor.

  • Mon to Fri, 9AM-5PM
  • Total hours per week: 40.00
  • Annual wage £14,000.00
  • Expected duration 12 months

Vacancy description

Your Apprenticeship with ASAP will happen is three phases:
Phase one – Sales Progression Support

  • Order relevant property searches on purchase files
  • Opening new cases on receipt of memo of sale
  • Conducting transaction chain checks
  • Managing files where no sale has yet been agreed to ensure clients complete all necessary pre contract tasks enabling a sale to proceed as soon as its agreed
  •  Ensure all relevant feedback relating to cases that are abandoned or do not proceed is captured in the ASAP systems
  • Effectively develop relationships with referring partners

Phase two – Senior Sales Progression Support
In addition to Sales Progression Support

  • Support the sales progression team where required
  •  Assist in the development of the Sales Progression Support team

Phase three – Sales Progressor

  • Managing the progress of transactions from the point of instruction to completion
  • Chasing solicitors for task and milestone updates throughout the duration of the transaction and managing the inputting of accurate progress information into internal systems
  • Providing guidance to sellers and buyers on the conveyancing process
  • Ensuring that agents and clients are kept informed of case progress
  • Establishing and reporting forecasted exchanges monthly to the business and appropriate referring agents
  • Supplying information to appropriate reports and spreadsheets
  • Calling buyers, sellers and estate agent clients on a weekly basis & noting internal systems appropriately.

We’re looking for individuals who can learn, so by the end of their apprenticeship they have the
confidence and drive to get the property sale through to completion by using their great people skills
when liaising with solicitors, IFAs, estate agents, vendors, and buyers alike. Individuals who will get
satisfaction knowing that they have found solutions to problems, from exceeding expectations; and
be proud to be part of one of the most significant moments of a person’s life by being the key to the
purchase their new home.
