Apprentice Warehouse Operative

Role:

As an NDC Supply Chain and Warehousing Apprentice, you will be learning all about the warehouse operative role. This includes:

- receipt of stock into the warehouse management system

- putting stock away to bulk and pick locations

- replenishing pick locations

- picking stock as part of orders

- packing orders fully checking for correct quantities and products

- despatching orders through our carriers

On top of this, you will spend time in Analysis & Planning understanding our warehouse management system in detail, understanding what our Customer Services team have to deal with regarding complaints and queries. You will also look at the returns process of orders and we can then show you how we engage with colleagues from other internal team.

At Arco you will be studying towards the Warehouse Operative Level 2 qualification over the course of 15 months.
