What will the apprentice be doing?
Overview of monthly management accounts for Retail, Logistics and Central costs
Ownership of weekly trading pack
Ownership of budgets, forecasts and latest views - accuracy is key due to the impact on cash forecasting
Regular performance reviews for both stores & e-commerce with heads of departments / Regional Managers
Ownership and analysis of E-commerce P&L
Lead central cost performance reviews
Ownership of monthly Store P&L Packs
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will achieve a Operations or departmental manager, Level 5 (Higher national diploma) Apprenticeship and progress to the next level of qualification if desired.
You will gain an Operations or departmental manager, Level 5 (Higher national diploma).
This will be delivered in the workplace in conjunction with your assessor coach and our training partner Northern Training Academy
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of training there may be an opportunity of full-time employment, and progression onto the next level of qualification.
