Senior Theatre Healthcare Support Workers - Band 3 *INTERNAL ONLY*

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic trained TSW or HCA currently working in RUH theatres who is keen to progress from a Band 2 position to a band 3 position?

In order to apply for this role you will need to hold a suitable theatre qualification such as:

• NVQ Level 2 Operating Department Support, and or
• Level 3 Diploma (NVQ),
• Level 3 Apprenticeship - 'Senior Healthcare Support Worker'
(or equivalent healthcare qualification)
• Care Certificate

This role is a progressive post for staff wishing to further their career and add a new level of support to the Theatre team. We can offer a highly supportive environment for you and your future personal development. You will be a core member of the theatre team delivering a high level of patient care in a fast paced and dynamic setting.

Our patients are at the centre of our focus and as such, you will need a high level of interpersonal skills to holistically provide a high standard of care delivery working as part of the multidisciplinary team.

We are a department of sixteen theatres and the specialities include Trauma, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Gynaecology and Obstetrics.

We cover a 24-hour service with a range of shift patterns and working hours.
