i-intro® is expanding its team to help develop the key services it provides for recruitment agencies to work with the greatest employers to place the best candidates for the role. The team is constructed with a blend of sales, marketing, technology, and operations, spanning both in Leeds and Bulgaria. Working cohesively to drive innovation to improve the software and training provided for clients is the core mission; continuously bringing it to market to grow and track results.

For this role, you will work closely with the Operations Director and across the team to achieve key organisation milestones such as:
  • Expand our client base by improving our software product
  • Increasing the completion rates of our training programme, including improvements to the training software
  • Increase product engagement rates by gathering data and suggesting improvements

You'll receive an excellent exposure to a range of tasks to compliment your studies, including:
  • Software engineering lifecycle
  • Customer research
  • Project management
  • Cross-team communication
  • Stakeholder management

Desired skills

  • Has the ability to work independently (sometimes remotely) and cohesively throughout different parts of the team
  • Has confidence to interact with team, management, and customers in person and via Zoom
  • Has organisational skills to balance a large and varying scope of work

Desired qualifications

Degree (2:2 or above) in any subject.

Interview Process

After an initial telephone screening each candidate will be asked to complete a McQuaig Behavioural Assessment - a simple online 15 -20 minute personality assessment. Candidates progressing to interview stage will be invited to build their personal profile in the i-intro® system.
