Things to consider
Interview Process
After an initial telephone screening each candidate will be asked to complete a McQuaig Behavioural Assessment - a simple online 15 -20 minute personality assessment. Candidates progressing to interview stage will be invited to build their personal profile in the i-intro® system.
For this role, you will work closely with the Operations Director and across the team to achieve key organisation milestones such as:
- Expand our client base by improving our software product
- Increasing the completion rates of our training programme, including improvements to the training software
- Increase product engagement rates by gathering data and suggesting improvements
You'll receive an excellent exposure to a range of tasks to compliment your studies, including:
- Software engineering lifecycle
- Customer research
- Project management
- Cross-team communication
- Stakeholder management
