What will the apprentice be doing?
The Sales Apprentice will be performing a key business role in helping the team to deliver strong financial performance through renewal of Support & Maintenance contracts in addition to upselling Trimble's cloud-hosted Estimation bundle.
You'll be trained on the following:
Management of the non-Key Account Support & Maintenance renewal pipeline and conversion performance vs. targets set.
Moving existing customers across from a Perpetual Support & Maintenance contract to Trimble's cloud-hosted Estimation bundle where the move achieves growth in the Annual Contract Value (ACV).
Escalate any issues relating to a renewal or upsell to the Sales Manager.
Selling additional licences and training services to existing customers where the opportunity to do so is available (through both proactive and reactive efforts).
Accurately manage and report on your own sales pipeline.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We are offering the right candidate a 18 month structured training program through Pareto Law where you'll spend 20% of your time learning and 80% gaining on the job experience, after which you'll come away with a Level 4 qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is a permanent position where you will then have the opportunity to grow your own career within our vast and expanding sales team.
