What will the apprentice be doing?
Assisting the engineering team with designs, preparing drawings, schedules and specifications documents.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be mainly office based, on occasion apprentices will be brought to sites by senior members of staff to gain site inspection/survey experience. On site training will commence once the apprenticed has progressed to appropriate level.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The apprentice would be offered a full position within the company (intermediate/senior engineer) depending on level of competency post Batchelors degree.
