- Managing the Internal Departmental Communications Strategy, providing regular updates on engagement and ROI
- Managing the Teams Channel, creating content, managing time and re-sources and liaising with key team members for content
- Management of the marketing inventory and develop and implement a mar-keting calendar for both Retail and Office sectors. Supporting the Head of CX in creating and launching a Social Value engagement at managed assets in collaboration with Head of Social Value Measurement
- Assisting the Property Management team in departmental initiatives, such as blogs, case studies, events, pitches and company events
- Supporting Retail team on marketing initiatives onsite including managing budgets, overseeing social media channels and content creating where ap-propriate
- Implement Customer Experience initiatives across the Beyond Front of House portfolio including community engagement and social media
- Co-ordinate the organisation of Customer Experience training for site staff and devise campaign to keep training fresh through Teams Channel and email prompts
- Develop and support site staff - encouraging promotion of sites, obtain ten-ant feedback, engage with tenants through social media news and engage-ment plans
- Identify and implement commercialisation opportunities in conjunction with Surveyors Identify tech solutions to aid us in improving customer experience and cost savings
- Carry out CX assessment at properties as required
- Build a database of suppliers, service providers for community engagement initiatives
- Design and lead IPM surveys to collate data as required
- Collating Case studies across all areas of IPM busines in order to be used in pitches and client events, internally and externally at managed sites as an examples service delivery
- Writing blogs to promote department and site initiatives through liaison with Directors and Associate Directors to identify and promote best practice initiatives
- Assisting with ad-hoc departmental projects
- Acting as internal departmental marketing lead and working with Colliers Marketing on projects that fall out of the scope or have client focus
- Any other task that may reasonably be required
