What will the apprentice be doing?
Core duties will be providing care and guidance in our social care sector, looking after and supporting young people coming into our care. This will include supporting with the delivery of the actions set out in pathway plans, essential life skills and coaching as well as general living support. You will be working in partnership with individuals, families, carers and other service providers.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Upon completion of this Appenticeship, you will acquire a Level 4 qualification at CROYDON SCHOOL OF ACCOUNTANCY AND MANAGEMENT LIMITED and will attend there one day each week
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
theres a view to go onto undertake the social work degree
