Business Administrator Apprentice

Brief overview of the role The Business Support Apprentice will take on a business admin level 3 apprenticeship. They will also help our business support team with a variety of tasks including recruitment & resourcing, calling learners, monitoring our enrolment systems and much more.

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Resourcing: assist the team by conducting screening calls for candidates
- Outbound sales calls to potential clients and dealing with incoming inquiries
- Monitor BKSB learning platform for learner assessment updates & communicate with clients
- Set up remote learning access for learners and email log in details/instructions
- Conduct learner calls to check online platform access and progress
- OneFile reporting to share MI with the senior team
- Monitor Jotform - converting enrolment forms and marking short maths and English assessments & uploading them to our database
- Basic filing away of forms and learner packs
- Helping to enrol the unemployed learners onto courses
- SRF system administration - selecting course dates, inputting data onto tracker, ensuring all courses are running smoothly and on time, confirming interviews
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
- Competent in a range of IT systems and software
- Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
- Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Be comfortable engaging with a variety of customers, learners or employers, over the phone to support with organisational communications
