Daily responsibilities:

- Support the planning and production of an annual coach development programme

- Carry out all necessary tasks to promote, organise, support delivery and review the events/learning experiences

- Support the planning and production of an annual referee education programme

- Ensure that all referees have the required safeguarding qualifications in place

- Recruit, retain and develop diverse coaches and referees through The FA qualification framework and local CPD opportunities, with a focus on BAME and female coaches.

- Provide the highest level of customer excellence to support volunteers across all FA Technology systems (FA Events, Whole Game System, Matchday app and Full-Time).

- Support the collection of EDI information at priority CFA events

- Execute tasks as required to meet the Berks & Bucks FA changing priorities.

Through your apprenticeship you will be working towards your Community Sport and Health Officer Level 3 Apprenticeship over the course of 15 months.
