What will the apprentice be doing?

Working alongside Project Managers & key business stakeholders to drive transformational change, you'll learn how to deliver projects in line with defined objectives, taking decisions to manage stakeholder expectations & liaising with a multi-skilled, cross-disciplinary team to deliver the project to time, cost & quality requirements. Working on projects that drive better customer experience, improve our operational performance & help make us a more efficient & effective business

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Within our Transformation team you will complete the Level 6 Project Manager Apprenticeship allowing you to develop the skills & experience required to become an expert Project Change and Associate role. You'll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training.
A Personal Development Plan will help drive your career progression, set, agreed & regularly reviewed with your line manager

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of your training, as long as you pass your end point assessment and have met your performance targets throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be offered an opportunity in a permanent role with us.
You'll take up a Project Change & Associate role in our Transformation team where you'll get to make a real difference.

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent x 5 GCSE's including Maths and EnglishEnglish (Grade Grade 4 or above) Essential
A Level or equivalent at least 2 A-Levels in any subject (Grade Grade C or above) Essential
